A Bit Personal...

Hey all,

Anyone who knows me in my personal life knows that my little family and I have been having a bit of a struggle with the health of my youngest cat, Luna. She's just over 1-year-old, but since we adopted her in April, we've been battling with various health concerns that have continually sprouted up.

Without getting into the whole long-winded tale, she's been in and out of the vet since April, including a stay at the Emergency Animal Hospital this past weekend. My husband and I have spent a small fortune on determining the cause of her issues and providing her with the appropriate care to keep her as happy and healthy as we possibly can.

To offset the monumental debt we've accrued, we've set up a GoFundMe campaign, which you can find HERE

In addition, any order place through MY ETSY SHOP will go towards her medical bills. (Be sure to get your holiday orders in by 12/13 to ensure they arrive in time!)

An enormous thank you to everyone who has already donated to our GoFundMe or placed an Etsy order; your support and generosity is incredibly appreciated. We love you!

xoxo,
The Barraza Family

Hello! Welcome! Hi there!

Hello, you beautiful creatures, and thanks for your continual interest and support! I've decided to start a blog on here to keep you guys up-to-date on thoughts, projects, new ideas, etc. that I think you might find interesting! And hey, even if you don't find anything I say or do interesting, at least it gives me a sense of purpose to stay motivated to create more work, ha.

So, with that - below is a piece I'm working on perfecting! It's my first linocut since I was about 18-years-old, and I'm really excited to start dabbling in printmaking again. I'm working on getting the ink to print more evenly, so hey, if you have any suggestions, shoot 'em my way!

So there you have it - my first possibly-interesting blog post for you guys to enjoy (maybe!) If there's anything you'd love to see me blog about, feel free to comment on this post, or send me an email in the "Contact" tab of the site!

Stay spooky! xo
